Stuart is the Director of Environment and Property for Milton Keynes Council (MKC). Stuart has worked in partnership with the BID and has been a member of the BID Board since early 2019. In his role at MKC he leads on Public Realm (incl. waste, environment and highways), Property (incl. facilities), Housing (incl. repairs, maintenance and new build), Sustainability, Public Transport, Health and Safety. Stuart also represents Milton Keynes Development Partnership on the MyMK board.
