The My-MK City Centre Gift Card
Our My-MK City Centre Gift Card is available to buy via our consumer website mymk.cc.
All City Centre businesses that pay a BID levy or a voluntary fee are eligible to sign up to accept the Gift Card. Payments are processed in the same way as Mastercard debit card transaction.
The card serves as a powerful marketing tool, enabling us to create engaging campaigns to help increase footfall, boost spend and raise the profile of Milton Keynes City Centre as a destination.

Purchasing is easy – just visit our Gift Card ordering page, select how many cards you want and the value and check the box that says ‘corporate order’, then our team will hand deliver your gift cards to you once payment has been received.
How do I sign up?
Please download and complete the Gift Card acceptance form and either email it to us at info@mymiltonkeynes.co.uk or give us a ring and we can come and collect it from you: 01908 395099. We will then come along with a test card to perform a declined transaction on your till. The information collected via the swipe will then register your merchant ID number on our system.
How I can I find out more about the gift card?

What if we don’t have the swipe function on our till?
Not a problem. Let us know when you return your form. You won’t be able to accept the physical gift card, but you will still be able to accept the e-card which will be activated by customers via the Apple / Google pay mechanisms. This digital payment method is not yet available but we are expecting it to be available by Spring 2025.
