The BID is governed by a Board of Directors, made up of volunteer representatives from from local businesses.
Chief Executive
Jill Farnsworth
Jill is responsible for the day-today management of the BID. She works in partnership with the Board of Directors and is responsible for setting the strategic vision of MyMiltonKeynes and directing the workstreams of the BID to ensure that the strategy and the goals set out in the Business Plan are achieved.
Marketing Director
Charlotte Pearson
Charlotte is responsible for our marketing strategy and campaigns. Her focus is on enhancing the City Centre's appeal, using digital and traditional marketing efforts, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging consumer insights to promote Milton Keynes as a vibrant destination for residents, visitors, and businesses.
Finance & Office Manager
Cassy Staal
Cassy is responsible for all of the BID's financial transactions and producing our accounts. She also runs our office and oversees procurement, facilities management, and provides administrative support.
Marketing & Business Engagement Manager
Joanne McClaren
Jo is responsible for the execution of the strategic marketing plan, raising the profile of Milton Keynes City Centre as a great place to live, work and visit; and the work undertaken by MyMiltonKeynes BID to our levy paying businesses and relevant stakeholders.
Head of Operations
Sam Bradley
Sam heads up our Manage The Public Realm pillar, leading on the BID’s crime and safety agenda, working in close partnership with Thames Valley Police, Milton Keynes City Council, and local businesses.
Business Engagement and Project Co-ordinator
David Doyle
David works on the delivery of key BID projects including the Milton Keynes Comedy Festival and is a key contact for our businesses.
Public Realm and Operations Manager
Robert Boiling
Rob is responsible for the delivery of a range of activities that improve the look and feel of the area. He manages our day-to-day operations and oversees all landscaping and improvement projects, delivered by our Public Realm Team.
Public Realm Team Leader
Gary Hood -Wheeler
Gary leads the Public Realm team and is responsible for delivering the landscaping and public realm improvement projects.
BID Community Safety Team Leader
Sam Oppal
Sam leads our team of community safety patrol officers (our BID Bobbies) and works closely with key local partners.
