Jill is responsible for the day-today management of the BID.  She works in partnership with the Board of Directors and is responsible for setting the strategic vision of MyMiltonKeynes and directing the workstreams of the BID to ensure that the strategy and the goals set out in the Business Plan are achieved.

Charlotte is responsible for our marketing strategy and campaigns. Her focus is on enhancing the City Centre's appeal, using digital and traditional marketing efforts, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging consumer insights to promote Milton Keynes as a vibrant destination for residents, visitors, and businesses.

Cassy is responsible for all of the BID's financial transactions and producing our accounts.  She also runs our office and  oversees procurement, facilities management, and provides administrative support.

Jo is responsible for the execution of the strategic marketing plan, raising the profile of Milton Keynes City Centre as a great place to live, work and visit; and the work undertaken by MyMiltonKeynes BID to our levy paying businesses and relevant stakeholders.

Sam leads the BID’s crime and safety agenda, working in close partnership with Thames Valley Police, Milton Keynes City Council, and local businesses.

Rob is responsible for the delivery of a range of activities that improve the look and feel of the area. He manages our day-to-day operations and oversees all landscaping and improvement projects, delivered by our Public Realm Team.
