MK Homerun – Information for businesses

The Oracle Red Bull Racing MK Homerun is taking place in your local area on Saturday 10th December from 12:00. This will impact Midsummer Boulevard and the surrounding roads for the week leading up to the event, too.

On Saturday 10 December, double World Champion Max, 2022 Grand Prix winner Checo, Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner and the double title winning Oracle Red Bull Racing Team will take the RB7 to the streets of Milton Keynes for a thrilling celebration. It’s been an incredible season for Oracle Red Bull Racing and the Team is going to close it out in trademark style – by bringing the noise and getting the party started alongside the people of the city the Team calls home.

The MK Homerun:

The 2022 Oracle Red Bull Racing MK Homerun will run from 12:00 – 15:00, on Midsummer Boulevard in the centre of Milton Keynes. Max and Checo will bring the famous roar of the RB7’s V8 engine, as they put Sebastian Vettel’s Championship winning car through its ferocious paces on the streets of the city centre.
The excitement won’t stop there though. Along with appearances by the drivers and Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner, fans will be treated to a spectacular display of Red Bull Motorsport power.

We’re anticipating up to 30,000 people may attend this event in the City of Milton Keynes. This provides a huge opportunity for extra footfall in the City at a key time of year.

The Route

Please see the Traffic Management document that accompanies this letter for the final MK Homerun 2022 route and note that we will endeavour to temporarily reopen roads within the advertised closure times only when and if safe to do so.

If you have any further questions, please email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
