Santa’s Grotto with The Snowman is back at centre:mk

“When the snow falls, magic fills the air. One snowy day a boy builds a Snowman and in the middle of the night the Snowman comes to life.”

Back by popular demand, centre:mk will be once again featuring the magical story of The Snowman, for families visiting Santa’s grotto this year.

The experience was fully sold out last year, with a waiting list for tickets for the immersive theatrical performance.

This nostalgic adventure begins with an exciting and heart-warming, live interpretation of ‘The Snowman’, brought to life by actors portraying the well-loved characters from the original story. A snowy landscape provides the perfect backdrop to view some of the most memorable and magical moments from the original animated film and all children will be given the opportunity to decorate a Christmas biscuit treat before meeting with Santa in his woodland cabin.

Kevin Duffy, Centre Director commented, “We took the decision to bring back The Snowman themed grotto this year as it was so popular and completely sold out last year. Adults and children alike loved the experience and the feedback was fantastic. Along with the VR sleigh ride, train and other attractions in Middleton Hall, there is so much for families to enjoy when they come to centre:mk in the festive period. We also have some fantastic new retailers and restaurants recently opened, so a visit to centre:mk is a great day out.”

Santa’s grotto with The Snowman opens from Friday 17th November – Sunday 24th December. Tickets are already on sale and can be booked here.
