The BID Team enjoyed another fantastic year of sponsorships and key partnerships around our great city. This included the sponsorship of a number of events such as the Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards, and charities including Willen Hospice, MK SNAP and the Milton Keynes Hospital Charity.

Overview

The BID Team enjoyed another fantastic year of sponsorships and key partnerships around our great city helping to promote people’s great achievements and showcase the area too. This included the sponsorship of events such as Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards and the MK SME awards, and charities including Willen Hospice, MK SNAP and Milton Keynes Hospital Charity. We also funded in Action4Youth programmes as part of its commitment to supporting young people across the city. This included The Breakout Programme which played a role in the installation of the 27ft Knife Angel hosted at stadium:mk in January 2023.

IF: Milton Keynes International Festival

MyMiltonKeynes has been the Volunteer Partner of IF: Milton Keynes International Festival twice.

Fashion Shows at John Lewis - MK Hospital Charity - Funds raised for Baby Leo & Chemotherapy Chairs

MyMiltonKeynes raised £3,000 for Milton Keynes Hospital Charity through its Spring and Winter Fashion Shows at John Lewis.

Jubilee/City Status

A long weekend of fun saw thousands celebrate the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and the awarding of city status to Milton Keynes.
