MyMiltonKeynes BID, in partnership with The Comedy Cow, will launch the Milton Keynes Comedy Festival from 9–12 July 2026. The new festival has been created to strengthen the local economy, encourage movement across city‑centre venues and increase daytime and evening footfall.
The event will take place at MK Gallery, centre:mk, BrewDog, Blossom Room, Revolución de Cuba, Midsummer Tap, MERKUR Casino and several additional venues. With a programme designed to draw residents and visitors into central Milton Keynes, the festival aims to create commercial opportunities for hospitality, retail and leisure businesses.

A strategic investment in the Milton Keynes visitor economy
The Milton Keynes Comedy Festival will feature a wide mix of nationally recognised comedians, daytime events and alternative shows to appeal to different audiences throughout the four days. Confirmed performers include Ed Byrne, Joe Pasquale, Sara Pascoe, Simon Brodkin, Rhys James, Nina Benjamin, Matt Richardson, Ria Lina, Felicity Ward, Fiona Allen, Darren Harriott, Hal Cruttenden, Brennan Reece, Tez Ilyas and Eshaan Akbar. More acts will be announced in the coming weeks.
The event is part of MyMiltonKeynes BID’s ongoing work to support local businesses and increase city‑centre vibrancy. The festival is expected to encourage exploration between venues, extend dwell time and help raise the profile of Milton Keynes as a destination for culture and live events.
