Our My-MK Bobbies
We contract private security company My Local Bobby and have two dedicated officers patrolling the City Centre and supporting local businesses. They work closely with Thames Valley Police, Milton Keynes City Council and Centre security teams, collaborating in a partnership approach to deter, deflect and disrupt crime in the City Centre.
BID Radio Scheme
We hire handheld radios to BID members to connect them with each other, other Bobbies, centre security teams and police officers on patrol.
Homeless Outreach
MyMiltonKeynes is committed to engaging with issues surrounding homelessness and working with partners to support homelessness prevention services.
Safety in Night Time Economy
Through our work with Bar Watch and in partnership with Thames Valley Police & the City Council we are working to ensure Milton Keynes City Centre is a safe destination for an evening out.
