Help Shape the Next Chapter of Central MK

Following a successful BID ballot, MyMiltonKeynes will begin delivering an ambitious new Business Plan designed to secure more than £9 million of investment into Milton Keynes City Centre between 2027 and 2032.

As we prepare for this next phase, we are looking for passionate and committed individuals to join the MyMiltonKeynes Board of Directors.

This is an opportunity to help shape the future of one of the UK's fastest-growing cities.

Over the next five years, the BID will continue investing in the things businesses value most, whilst also taking a greater role in promoting the city centre, connecting businesses, influencing major developments and ensuring Milton Keynes is well positioned to benefit from future investment and opportunity.

As a Board Director, you will help guide the strategic direction of the organisation, oversee delivery of the Business Plan and ensure levy payer investment continues to deliver value for businesses.

We are seeking applications for:

· Two Directors representing levy-paying businesses from the Business Sector

· One Director from a Non-Specific Sector or Independent background

We are keen to hear from individuals with a broad range of skills, experience and perspectives. Previous board experience is not essential; what matters most is a passion for Milton Keynes City Centre and a desire to help shape its future.

Please note that applicants must work for, and be based at, an organisation that pays the MyMiltonKeynes BID levy to be eligible for appointment.
